The Merlin Children and Youth Theater in Timişoara (Romania) is a public cultural institution, subordinated to the Timiş County Council.
Established in 1949, Merlin Theater is the only puppet theater with legal personality in the west of the country. The institution has a varied repertoire of about 20 performances for children and young people.
Our artistic and educational projects aim at creating a center of cultural interest, able to bring together the whole family and reflecting the multiculturality of the area, as well as opening up to the new avant-garde tendencies.
